1. What are the minimum orders for branded product?

We have low minimum orders for branded products:

For bigger size the MOQ is 5000 - 10,000 PCS / each design

For smaller size the MOQ is 30,000 - 50,000 PCS / each design

2. Expected delivery time

Once final artwork is signed off and sales order is signed Evergreen Pack will provide an approximate delivery time frame. Normal delivery is 10 - 14 days for repeat orders and 15 - 20 days for new orders.

3. Order confirmation

An order is confirmed when an email has been received to confirm production or a sales order acknowledgement and a deposit of 30% and 100% plate cost have been signed and received.
